We understand that life happens, but, as I’m sure you can understand, it's difficult for us to replace every last second reschedules and/or no-shows so we ask if you have to reschedule your appointment please call or email us.

Eyelash Extensions & Other Services
*Please give 24 hours’ notice of rescheduling
*If you fail to show without a 24-hour notice, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
*If you cancel within 4 hours (No Show) you will be charged the full 100% appointment value. 
*If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee a full experience. Clients arriving 20 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled.
*Full-Set deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Cosmetic Tattooing
*Please give 48 hours’ notice of rescheduling
*Any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit their deposit and will be required to re-book a new appointment.
*Cancelling your appointment altogether at any time will result in the forfeit of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Certification Courses
*Deposits/Course Tuition are non-refundable & non-transferable.
